Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available across Pakistan on eligible orders.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Coverage

Currently, Virsa Wood delivers across Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers throughout Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in your area.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or the recipient's unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other contact details are correct before placing your order. Virsa Wood is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution if applicable.
